The latest installment of InterSearch Academy, a three-day intensive training organized by InterSearch Worldwide on a yearly basis, was held in Ghent, Belgium on March 24–26.
In a year during which most executive search organizations globally saw the first encouraging signs of an improving economic climate, InterSearch Worldwide's results for 2010 show an impressive growth in the number of cross-border executive search projects. „Cross-border” are search projects in which consultants from more than one country cooperate, in order to deliver the best possible results and provide added value to InterSearch's clients.
InterSearch's Life Sciences Practice Group is actively engaged in supporting clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biologics, Medical Technologies, CRO and Healthcare industries across the globe, offering executive search services of the highest caliber. "In the last four years, InterSearch partners carried out 175 assignments for over 30 multinational companies in the Life Sciences industry. About one-third of our Life Sciences client are already working with InterSeach offices cross-border, in more than three different countries" stated Patricia Epperlein, Chairwoman of InterSearch Worldwide.
„It's a great advantage for the InterSearch organization and its multinational clients to have such a widespread and outstanding presence in the US from the East to the West Coast thanks to Cook's offices in Chicago, New York City, Boston, Stamford and Los Angeles” said Patricia Epperlein, Chairwoman of InterSearch Worldwide Ltd.
